Grand Central Story
Welcome to Grand Central Pizza! Our story begins over 30 years ago, when John Dalton started working at Central Pizza as a teenager. John fell in love with the pizza business and spent the next few decades flipping pies.

In 2008, John and his wife Lisa decided to take the leap and open their own pizzeria in the heart of Elizabeth township. They named it Grand Central Pizza, as a nod to John's early days at Central Pizza. Since then, the pizzeria has become a beloved destination in the community, serving up delicious pizzas, hoagies, and more to hundreds of regular customers.

John's years of experience in the pizza business, and Lisa's management have been instrumental in the success of Grand Central Pizza. Grand Central's hand-tossed pizza dough, perfectly seasoned sauce, and historic hoagies have become a mainstay in the area. The commitment to quality and customer service is evident in every dish that comes out of the kitchen.

Homemade Hoagie Sauce
Grand Central Pizza has been serving our homemade white sauce since day one. Our best selling Italian hoagies come with the sauce, and we highly encourage you to try it with any of the other dishes on the menu. The mayo based sauce is a secret concoction Elizabeth township has known for decades as the best side to their favorite hoagies, pizzas, and more.

Pizza at Grand Central comes in all shapes and sizes. We offer traditional cornmeal and flour dough, sicilian, and hard crust pan pizzas. From our homemade red sauce pies to our specialty buffalo chicken, spinach, and white pizzas Grand Central offers your favorite pie in tons of different styles.
